The first step is to review the training presentation, and then take the agent exam. Below are the documents needed to contract with Sonder Health Plans. Please be prepared to upload them to Sircon when you complete your contract.
Once you have completed the test with a passing score, we will be notified at our end. At that point, a contracting link will be sent to you from Sircon. We look forward to working with you!
