SNP MOC training is required for all network providers and out-of-network providers who have seen or will see beneficiaries on a routine basis (42 CFR 422.101 (f)(2)(ii)), as well as for provider staff and internal contractors. We require all Sonder and contracted staff to complete MOC training as well. Knowledge of the MOC is vital to those who participate in administering the Special Needs plan Model of Care. At the conclusion of training, participants will complete the attestation below (including name, NPI, and date of training) and may be requested to complete a training evaluation.
